Chad Thompson is the Executive Director of Finance & Operations for Lyceum Leadership Consulting and overall administrative officer for The Leadership Lyceum LLC. He is responsible for the Company’s finance, human resources, and information technology functions.

Chad has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. He spent ten of those years at Bank of America, ultimately as Vice President of Commercial Banking, where he specialized in consulting with small and mid-sized organizations to create efficiencies and improve cash flows through the use of commercial banking products. Prior to Lyceum, he was with AscendantFX where he helped companies of all sizes develop strategies to create efficiencies and decrease costs incurred through their global payments process.

Chad serves on the Board of Directors of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago and Co-Chairs the organization’s Strategic Planning Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee. Chad also serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Housing and Health and serves as the organization’s Treasurer.

Chad received his BS in Finance from The University of Illinois at Chicago.
