✅ Ensure Delivery of Circle of Leaders & Lyceum Emails

To ensure you never miss out on Lyceum’s Circle of Leaders invitations, insights, and leadership content, we strongly recommend using your personal email address when subscribing.

If you prefer to use a corporate email, you may need to whitelist our addresses to prevent them from going to spam or quarantine.

📩 Please Whitelist These Email Addresses:

• education@leadershiplyceum.com

🔷 Microsoft Outlook (Office 365, Web or Desktop)

Outlook Web (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365)

1. Log in at outlook.office.com
2. Click the gear icon → View all Outlook settings
3. Go to Mail > Junk email
4. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add
5. Add both email addresses listed above
6. Click Save

Outlook Desktop App (Windows/Mac)

1. Click Home > Junk > Junk Email Options
2. Go to the Safe Senders tab, click Add
3. Add both addresses
4. Click OK, then Apply

🔶 Gmail (Web/Desktop)

1. Open Gmail and click the sliders icon in the search bar
2. In the From field, enter one of the email addresses
3. Click Create filter
4. Check Never send it to Spam
5. Click Create filter
6. Repeat for each address

📱 iPhone / iOS

Apple Mail App (iOS)

1. Open the Mail app and find a message from Lyceum
2. Tap the sender’s name at the top
3. Tap Add to Contacts
4. Save the contact

Gmail App on iOS

1. Open the Gmail app
2. If a Lyceum email is in Spam, open it
3. Tap the three dots (top right)
4. Select Not Spam
5. Use Gmail on desktop to fully whitelist (see Gmail section above)

🍎 Apple Mail (MacOS)

1. Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules
2. Click Add Rule
3. Rule Name: “Allow Lyceum Emails”
4. If any of the following:
   From contains circle_of_leaders@leadershiplyceum.com
   From contains education@leadershiplyceum.com
5. Then move message to Inbox
6. Click OK and Apply

To ensure seamless delivery, please whitelist:

• Email Addresses:
  • circle_of_leaders@leadershiplyceum.com
  • education@leadershiplyceum.com
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC: Fully configured
• Mailing IPs: Available on request

If your organization uses Barracuda, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or another spam firewall, please ask your IT team to whitelist the domain leadershiplyceum.com and the two sending addresses listed above.
